2. Data we collect
We collect data you voluntarily provide through contact forms (name, email, company, message), registration forms (email, company, subdomain) and the leads chat. We also collect anonymous or pseudonymised usage data via Google Analytics (if you accept analytics cookies).
3. Purpose and legal basis
Data is processed to: (a) respond to your queries and manage the business relationship (legal basis: legitimate interest / contract performance); (b) send commercial communications with your express consent (legal basis: consent); (c) improve the web service with anonymous statistics (legal basis: cookie consent).
4. Retention
We keep your data for as long as necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, or until you request deletion. Lead data is retained for a maximum of 3 years from the last contact.
5. Recipients
We do not share your data with third parties except as required by law. We use trusted providers: Supabase (data storage, EU-West-3, Paris), Vercel (hosting, USA, with standard contractual clauses), Resend (email sending), Stripe (payments). All comply with GDPR or have adequate safeguards.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, object to processing, request portability and restrict processing of your data. To exercise these rights write to david@freedolia.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).
7. Security
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures: encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS), restricted access with authentication, periodic backups and role-based access control.
